Transcontinental was able to help me move my dog from California to the UK on pretty short notice with a plethora of difficulties and restrictions as a result of COVID. My representative, Timothy, was extremely communicative and timely and even sent me photos of my dog during his journey to help put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to relocate a pet abroad!

Timothy helped us with a difficult move from Chicago to Perth, Western Australia for 3 cats and an elderly dog, and all arrived in great shape after extended travel! Timothy was meticulous in ensuring all documents and requirements were completed to meet strict Australian import laws, and was very flexible in helping us with boarding our pets in LA during US interstate travel. Additionally, Timothy provided exceptional service to ensure our animals were comfortable before the long flight from LA to Melbourne (where the animals were to be quarantined). Timothy was extremely responsive throughout the entire process, replying to phone call and email questions within the day sent - this really reduced our stress levels during what was a really stressful move for our pets and for us. We spent a lot of time researching other movers at the start, and it was Timothy's patience and responsiveness to our questions which led us to do this complicated move with Transcontinental Pet Movers - the value of this, and their genuine concern for our animals well-being, was far beyond the other providers we spoke with. And Transcontinental Pet Movers did not let us or our pets down!!! A pleasure to work with and thoroughly recommended.

We had a great experience - everything we had to do was clearly explained, and everything else was taken care of by Timothy and his team. Timothy is meticulous over the details which really helped me feel like I didn’t have to worry about anything (especially because the UK is quite finicky over vaccination records). Our cat was picked up from our house in San Francisco and safely delivered to London Heathrow. We received lots of pictures along the way when possible, and we felt she was in safe hands the whole time. Truly as stress free as it could have been. I send my rabbit from SF to Paris. Before I contact Transcontinental I have no idea of how to do it. They answered all my questions and helped me schedule vet, buy flight ticket and so on. They prepared all document needed so I don't have to spend many time on it. At the day my rabbit take flight, they come to my place and help me set up the air cage. They are very professional. They also keep following up until my rabbit get received in Paris. Thanks again! I finally send my rabbit to Paris successfully within 10 days without any issue.

Thank you soooo much for taking good care of my cat and she arrived with good condition!! The price is a little high but really worth it if your car needs a good travel experience.

To be honest, I can’t find any where more reliable than this one. The price is transparent and reasonable, the service is professional. My cat only spent under 15hrs for layover at SVO which I appreciate it so much. I noticed they did clean the crate when landed at SVO and gave my poor little one food prepared by me all the time. One thing you should know is you only get photo/video proofs at departure, and you will pay a lot just for a photo when your little ones are in any connection. Anything after should be customs clearance company’s (if any) job.

Timothy is honestly the best! After contacting over 10 agencies Transcontinental was the only company that made me feel like they actually cared. Timothy worked with me over 3 different time zones and bent over backwards to help me. Even before we enlisted his services he took the time to explain the process and ways we could go about the big move. He was always around to answer my calls and texts, the man never sleeps! I could not recommend Cordelia and her team more. They know this business and all its nuances. We had a paperwork issue in that my baby Bear would not be able to get on the plane with me, I was upset, crying and worried out of my mind as we were moving from the USA to Ireland and we had to get on the plane. We missed the deadline to submit 1 page of the paperwork. After Cordelia calmed me down she drove straight to my vet got the original needed drove back to SFO and GOT MY BABY ON THE PLANE WITH ME. She is super woman and understands her business, and the precious cargo they organize for their customers. If you need to freight an animal THID is the ONLY company to call

I just imported a puppy from Spain and it was a nerve wracking experience but the last leg was handled by Transcontinental Pet Movers and that part was great. I worked with Timothy and he made it easy and painless and I can't say enough good things about him. He was very knowledgeable, calm, thorough, and responsive and he understood how important this was to me. The puppy had to be in a crate for at least 18 hours and that's a LONG time for a 4 month old puppy! They cleaned up the puppy and the crate so thoroughly that I would never have known there had been a big mess if they hadn't told me. I'd say they went above and beyond. All in all, it was the perfect ending to a long, scary ride. For me, mostly. Thanks, Transcontinental.
