  • We had a great experience - everything we had to do was clearly explained, and everything else was taken care of by Timothy and his team. Timothy is meticulous over the details which really helped me feel like I didn’t have to worry about anything (especially because the UK is quite finicky over vaccination records). Our cat was picked up from our house in San Francisco and safely delivered to London Heathrow. We received lots of pictures along the way when possible, and we felt she was in safe hands the whole time. Truly as stress free as it could have been.     This pet consignment agency is very patient. They communicate directly with the doctors in my cat's clinic, which saves me a lot of time. The cat's return certificate is handled smoothly. It takes less than five days from departure to home in China, and a video will be sent to me in the middle. Let me always pay attention to the cat's state. It's really sweet and great!

    Dusty was sent back to Shanghai from San Francisco. Finally! His condition is good and shout out to transconcept and took really good care to my buddy. This is a long trip for pet, do not rush to travel, give them some time. And wish your pets will get back to ya.

    To be honest, I can’t find any where more reliable than this one. The price is transparent and reasonable, the service is professional. My cat only spent under 15hrs for layover at SVO which I appreciate it so much. I noticed they did clean the crate when landed at SVO and gave my poor little one food prepared by me all the time. One thing you should know is you only get photo/video proofs at departure, and you will pay a lot just for a photo when your little ones are in any connection. Anything after should be customs clearance company’s (if any) job.

  • I could not recommend Cordelia and her team more. They know this business and all its nuances. We had a paperwork issue in that my baby Bear would not be able to get on the plane with me, I was upset, crying and worried out of my mind as we were moving from the USA to Ireland and we had to get on the plane. We missed the deadline to submit 1 page of the paperwork. After Cordelia calmed me down she drove straight to my vet got the original needed drove back to SFO and GOT MY BABY ON THE PLANE WITH ME. She is super woman and understands her business, and the precious cargo they organize for their customers. If you need to freight an animal THID is the ONLY company to call

    If you need prompt support and advice on transferring your pet internationally, Tim would be the go to person! Tim helped with the transfer of my dog from US to Singapore. Due to complications, we did experience unplanned events. However, throughout the process, Tim was supportive and able to provide sound advice which is a relief to the already stressed situation.     Patient, carefulness, communicative, professional. Thanks for everything relocating my 8 yrs boxer, from Los Angeles to Shanghai, a three days journey. They prepared enough water with ice, icy pat and cooling box in the kennel. Enough supplies for my dog. They even packed the door sign for me lol.My dog is now at new country, new home, with me, safe and sound. Each dollar I paid worth it, love for dog. A house without a boxer is not a home!     Moving countries is tough already, and I had no idea how intense the moving process for pets would be. Thankfully, I turned to Timothy. He went above and beyond, always answering promptly, and ALWAYS knew the answer to any question. He took initiative and worked directly with the vet to make sure my pup got safely to me in the UK.   • Tim and his counterparts in China made the process of getting our friends cat back to her in the dates from China seamless. They were more affordable than other companies we had looked at using.     I send my rabbit from SF to Paris. Before I contact Transcontinental I have no idea of how to do it. They answered all my questions and helped me schedule vet, buy flight ticket and so on. They prepared all document needed so I don't have to spend many time on it. At the day my rabbit take flight, they come to my place and help me set up the air cage. They are very professional. They also keep following up until my rabbit get received in Paris. Thanks again! I finally send my rabbit to Paris successfully within 10 days without any issue.
