  • We had a great experience - everything we had to do was clearly explained, and everything else was taken care of by Timothy and his team. Timothy is meticulous over the details which really helped me feel like I didn’t have to worry about anything (especially because the UK is quite finicky over vaccination records). Our cat was picked up from our house in San Francisco and safely delivered to London Heathrow. We received lots of pictures along the way when possible, and we felt she was in safe hands the whole time. Truly as stress free as it could have been.     Dusty was sent back to Shanghai from San Francisco. Finally! His condition is good and shout out to transconcept and took really good care to my buddy. This is a long trip for pet, do not rush to travel, give them some time. And wish your pets will get back to ya.

  • We recently sought the assistance of Timothy at Transcontinental Pet Movers to help us navigate the complex process of relocating my daughter's beloved cat to the UK. From the outset, Timothy was consistently available for consultations via phone or email, and he promptly addressed any questions or concerns we had about the export process. In hindsight, I would have entrusted Timothy with handling all aspects of transportation and paperwork. The do-it-yourself approach proved to be incredibly stressful, as there are numerous details involved in moving a pet internationally by cargo. This includes the completion of paperwork, arranging cargo shipping, adhering to kennel specifications, coordinating with clearing agents for customs clearance, navigating heat embargoes, and managing concerns about potential flight delays or cancellations. Throughout the entire process, Timothy's guidance provided much-needed reassurance that we were on the right track to ensure a safe journey for my daughter’s cat.     Timothy is honestly the best! After contacting over 10 agencies Transcontinental was the only company that made me feel like they actually cared. Timothy worked with me over 3 different time zones and bent over backwards to help me. Even before we enlisted his services he took the time to explain the process and ways we could go about the big move. He was always around to answer my calls and texts, the man never sleeps!     5 star service from Transcontinental Pet Movers. Timothy helped us with a difficult move from Chicago to Perth, Western Australia for 3 cats and an elderly dog, and all arrived in great shape after extended travel! Timothy was meticulous in ensuring all documents and requirements were completed to meet strict Australian import laws, and was very flexible in helping us with boarding our pets in LA during US interstate travel. Additionally, Timothy provided exceptional service to ensure our animals were comfortable before the long flight from LA to Melbourne (where the animals were to be quarantined). Timothy was extremely responsive throughout the entire process, replying to phone call and email questions within the day sent - this really reduced our stress levels during what was a really stressful move for our pets and for us. We spent a lot of time researching other movers at the start, and it was Timothy's patience and responsiveness to our questions which led us to do this complicated move with Transcontinental Pet Movers - the value of this, and their genuine concern for our animals well-being, was far beyond the other providers we spoke with.     We sent both our cat and dog (a big Golden Retriever) back to our home country with Transcontinental Pet Movers. Although we encountered some challenges due to some uncertainties in regulations and flights during COVID, People at Transcontinental Pet Movers were able to solve them professionally and quickly. Because of their IPATA and relevant qualifications, they could book different flights and adjust schedules quickly, which is very important nowadays. Would recommend to our friends whose pets need to travel.

  • Moving is stressful. Add a cross-country move with your dog on top of that and it becomes even more stressful. Timothy and Transcontinental Pet Movers made our move a breeze. We had to board our dog, Luna, with them overnight and Timothy was so fantastic, sending us regular updates with photos and videos of Luna up until her flight took off. He took care of the paperwork and logistics of shipping our pet in cargo, always prepared with a solution and recommendations. I could not recommend TransCon enough!

    Professional, experienced. There are so many "company" out there provide animal/pet transport service, and of course I've reached out to multiple carriers before finalized my pick. The reason why I pick them among all the other carriers is because how they treat their clients. I am new to this so I want someone that cares, and that is what I feel through out our conversation.     I send my rabbit from SF to Paris. Before I contact Transcontinental I have no idea of how to do it. They answered all my questions and helped me schedule vet, buy flight ticket and so on. They prepared all document needed so I don't have to spend many time on it. At the day my rabbit take flight, they come to my place and help me set up the air cage. They are very professional. They also keep following up until my rabbit get received in Paris. Thanks again! I finally send my rabbit to Paris successfully within 10 days without any issue.

  • To be honest, I can’t find any where more reliable than this one. The price is transparent and reasonable, the service is professional. My cat only spent under 15hrs for layover at SVO which I appreciate it so much. I noticed they did clean the crate when landed at SVO and gave my poor little one food prepared by me all the time. One thing you should know is you only get photo/video proofs at departure, and you will pay a lot just for a photo when your little ones are in any connection. Anything after should be customs clearance company’s (if any) job.

    I cannot express how grateful we are to Timothy and the Transcontinental Pet team for all their hard work on our behalf. Not only did they get back to us promptly (and weeks later I am still getting only initial contacts from other places we reached out to) but the price was within our budget and accurate. After a number of missteps on our part, and with Timothy's help, we got my son and his cat back to the UK in far less time than we had been warned of by other pet movers! When the port was closed due to Covid and the pet health certificate was due to expire, Timothy simply loaded the cat into a van and drove her from San Francisco to LA so she could fly on the same day as my son's flight and arrive at Heathrow at very nearly the same time. Yes, it was a (reasonable) extra cost, but regardless, that is truly going the extra mile. He sent us photos of her resting in comfort for her one overnight of boarding, and it really helped set our minds at ease. I would highly recommend Transcontinental Pet Movers and cannot thank Timothy in particular for his problem solving, hand-holding, and communication at every step in the process.

  • If you need prompt support and advice on transferring your pet internationally, Tim would be the go to person! Tim helped with the transfer of my dog from US to Singapore. Due to complications, we did experience unplanned events. However, throughout the process, Tim was supportive and able to provide sound advice which is a relief to the already stressed situation.     Moving countries is tough already, and I had no idea how intense the moving process for pets would be. Thankfully, I turned to Timothy. He went above and beyond, always answering promptly, and ALWAYS knew the answer to any question. He took initiative and worked directly with the vet to make sure my pup got safely to me in the UK.
